Broomhill Rd Capabilities
The Broomhill Rd. facility in Tallaght, Dublin is currently approved to manufacture EU regulated products. The facility houses a goods received warehouse, Grade C and D sampling and dispensing areas, two sterile manufacturing lines, an antibiotics filling facility and a non antibiotic filling line. This facility has currently got excess capacity and is available for contract and toll manufacturing at very competitive rates.
Antibiotic Facility Capabilities
- Aseptic Manufacturing in a grade A environment.
- 800-litre Vessels with counter rotating paddle agitators.
- Temperature mapped jacketed vessels for chilling and heating.
- Full Sterilise in Place {SIP} capabilities for both oil and aqueous products.
- Manufacturing both viscous and non-viscous products.
- Contract and toll manufacturing capabilities
- Various filling size capabilities to an accuracy of +/- 0.1g
- On-site research and development team.
- On-site Validation team
- Filled under a LAF in a grade A environment.
- Fills up to 65 plastic tipped syringes per minute and inserts the plungers into the syringe under the LAF.
- Pack into various finished product pack sizes.
Non-Antibiotic Facility Capabilities

- Temperature mapped jacketed vessels for chilling and heating.
- Full Sterilise in Place {SIP} capabilities.
- Manufacturing both viscous and non-viscous products.

- Various filling weight capabilities to an accuracy of +/- 0.1g

- On-site Validation team
- Filled under a LAF in a grade A environment.
- Fills up to 320 plastic tipped syringes per minute and inserts the plungers into the syringe under the LAF.
- Pack into various finished product pack sizes via a validated syringe counting machine.
- Automated and validated In Process Weight Checks and adjustment.
- Product inserts, sterile cleaning wipes, divisions etc as required by the customer, the market or regulatory authorities can also be packed.
- We pack Cardboard cartons, plastic buckets and cardboard boxes.
